This commercial was shot in Kazakhstan. There was everything from perfect landscapes to clear sky and sun. The only one thing missed – runway. We planned to add some elements into the shots to make the road look like runway.
In the end there are only a few real objects left in the video. Those are cars and road surface. Then we compared our road with a real runway and changed the asphalt.
We made everything really fast and stuck on one simple thing. One small weather vane on the road side became a real pain in the … team. Neither we nor client liked 3D weather vane. And the deadline was very close.
Pavel Puntus suggested to put real weather vane from the stock instead of cg. And it worked! So there is one more real thing in the frame. This is the weather vane!
