Who are we looking for?
A reliable and proactive expert for the CCO / Commercial Director position who is willing to achieve great results within 1.5 – 2.5 years and become a partner. An ambitious person with high networking skills and an ability to negotiate with all sorts of people. A professional with experience in an advertising agency or a video/CG production.
Your responsibilities:
Analyzing the company processes, determining its strengths and weaknesses;
Developing a growth strategy for the company (market analysis, client needs research, building distinction from competitors);
Controlling expense and income, increasing profitability;
Managing sales: creating tasks and controlling KPIs, analyzing sales funnel results, increasing conversion at all stages of the sales process;
Developing a sales growth strategy, employee motivation plan, employee training;
Reporting on the sales department and creating plans;
Market analysis and gathering information on the competitors, managing the CRM;
Cold search and attracting new major clients;
Negotiating with key clients, closing large clients personally or with the team’s support.
Experience and competence:
Fluency in English
2+ years of experience in a management position in an advertising agency / video production
Ability to negotiate quickly, get along with others, work with objections and personally close deals
Successful experience of personal sales
Ability to find key metrics and develop KPIs
Ability to set correct tasks and motivate your team
Ability to find and analyze distribution channels in order to amend company strategy: what clientele can be attracted, which directions are cheaper to discontinue than to develop
