We are looking for:

A CG producer with experience in the multimedia event industry and fluency in the English language (B2 level at least) – we’ll be happy to chat in English during the interview 🙂

 

Your responsibilities:

• Preparing pitching materials
• Managing project: decompositing tasks, roadmapping the production process, developing project timing and briefing the team
• Maintaining contact with the client during the entire production process, attending meetings with directors
• Hiring freelance artists as needed
• Keeping timely records in Bitrix24 and Cerebro
• Maintaining existing metrics for production expenses and timing
• Providing timely reports on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis
• Training new employees in the production department
• Monitoring freelance artists on related platforms
